Jordan Yasui was pretty rude to me and was trying to upsell me when my car was in following an accident. He got defensive when I asked questions. He didn’t even know it was an insurance claim. He is bad at customer service
Thomas was prompt, professional, and was very thorough on explaining the service provided and other findings. I felt that he had my best interest as a customer and ensured that the service provided was to my satisfaction. A true world class experience!
Hello, now I am realizing I could've gotten a better offer from this discount I got in my emails vs. the 15% discount. But nothing explained about the different discounts etc. When I called first someone was very helpful, but at the service counter, not so helpful with all the varying discounts and which would be my best advantage. The $20 off would've been better deal than the 15% discount. I wish the counter folks were more up to date on all these deals and to help out their customers.

TRUST… how can i go back there if we are not sure if you have done the services i paid, had my change oil sept 22 then after 2 weeks my car monitor showing that i meed a maintenance soon like 15% oil. I called the service department and asking me to reset it myself coz they might forget to reset it when i had a service. How would i know if you really guys did change the oil or did the service i requested and paid. You are giving us the impressions that you guys are not doing your job right. We paid in full for the services but we didnt get the full and good output to ot. Kudos to RON TONKIN MAZDA- they are sending the actual video clips to our mobile while doing their services to our cars. So frustrating.
