Very professional and prompt service.
Ryan was confusing and complained a lot about having cars, in particular Mazdas, at the lot for over a year. He refused to share basic information. He was totally unreliable, often not responding to calls or emails. I have no idea what was done to my car. It took months. I will not be returning to Ron Tonkin for anything ever again. My experience was terrible.

The last time I had my oil changed there they did not screw the skid plate properly back in. Now I have to replace it.
