I was in a big hurry and they got me right in. I really appreciate that, it helped me out a ton today. Customer service is a lost art but you guys found it today. Thank you.

I scheduled my service and repairs electronically. The electronic platform listed “suggestions” for repair and service. Repairs were based upon recommendations from prior service appointment. I chose the recommended repairs (quoted to us at last appt) that reflected the quote we were given prior. When I dropped off my vehicle, the appointment had been changed, and it became a confusing process to get parts in to do the repairs. A lot of very rapid discussion took place from someone reading off the computer presumably at my electronic appt. and previous recommendations. I assumed they were just confirming why I had scheduled. Apparently they were adding double work in and embedding it within a rapid-fire conversation that I didn’t expect or was prepared for. This doubled our repair bill. Some exception was made on the final bill but this left me feeling very much taken advantage of (mention was made that I was female) deceived and intentionally confused. Very very unhappy. Won’t be back.

Going in for a regular oil change & tire rotation Josh was just awesome to talk with about a question I had. Very knowledgeable, courteous & friendly. And this is why i continue to do business with Riley Chevrolet-Cadilliac dealer. From salesman to service you guy are the best.

Ron Inman was VERY helpful and gave me the knowledge I needed to take care of my situation, because of his kind and professionalism towards me, you have a customer for life now!!! It was the first time I've been to your facility, I couldnt of been more pleased. Being a women, sometimes we feel like we are getting the shaft. Like the Fulton Ford where I bought my vehicle!! I will NEVER deal with them again!!! And because of RON INMAN, When it's time to purchase another vehicle I will be coming to you all. But hopefully not for a few years as I just got the one I have.
