They fixed the recall on the engine block heater and before I got home the service block said to add coolant I was dissatisfied about that

When a person makes an APPOINTMENT, it should be honored at that time. Not be told that a scheduled oil change will take 2 hours. My first two are supposed to be covered by you as you sold the car as a certified pre-owned. But I had to take it elsewhere because 2 hours for an oil change is insane.

I wish service would have called me about a replacement of two filters instead of telling me after the vehicle was serviced. I would have liked to be able to say yes or no to it while you had my vehicle. This is my only comment. I like working with your service team! Always welcoming and friendly.

The service to the vehicle was good. Unfortunately the vehicle itself was left with mud on the floor mat and mud on the step to get into the vehicle. The steering wheel had a greasy texture also. Not a big deal just not a good experience
