The transmission holds 3.5 quarts according to the manual and that’s what the technician put in, the service showed 12 quarts was charged the technician was was polite and professional thanks,that was the only thing that I questioned was the amount of trans fluid didn’t add up

Everything was great regarding the oil change and tire rotation except they spilled DEF fluid down the side of the vehicle we spent a good 30 minutes cleaning up

My car did excellent driving home. If it doesn’t mess up again I will be very happy. Trenton, I appreciate you explaining what was wrong, even though I didn’t fully understand all of what you said. As long as you guys are honest with me, no one else will work on my car. My husband of 42 years left me in August of 2016, so I’m learning all I can being on my own. In around 2000 miles I will need a service job. Thank you for your help
