Work I requested wasn't done, then had to call an complain to get the work done. I have always had wonderful service in the past, but after this visit I'm skeptical on returning as the service was that bad with not even the slightest offer or a sorry to make it right. ????

The cameras are working better than when the car was brand new. Excellent job and great to have them back. And thanks for the loaner - sorry I brought it back dirty. Went fishing.

This was a spur of the moment visit. I had a flat tire, Michael worked me in and got me the best deal on a new tire that he could. I mentioned it was about due for an oil change, Micheal said he could probably work me in and save a trip. This isn’t the first time Michael has helped me, it has always been a good experience !!

I’ve been back 5 times trying to get my bumper fixed. I don’t understand how you can replace the bumper under warranty in about 36 hours and it was perfect. You have to replace the bumper via insurance and the passenger’s side won’t stay against the fender. You had it for FOUR days this time. Makes me believe that it’s not a new bumper at all but a repainted damaged bumper or at least a defective bumper….???

Had tires re balanced I told them what exactly what it was doing and they sent it back to me exactly what I told them plus left sticky stuff from the waits in the wheels could have been more certain that there was nothing else wrong after only having it two weeks !!!!

My daughter had an appointment at 12:30pm for an inspection of her car. She said she had to wait an hour and a half. Why schedule a appointment? I will look else where for better service. Side note this is not the first time this has happen to our family. Thank You! ****-****-xxxx

Riley Chevrolet is the best! When you ask them to give your six year old vehicle a complete look over to see if they find any issues, and they find absolutely nothing, you know you can trust them.
