Service was prompt and dependable. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, from walking me through the steps of my repair to handling the loaner vehicle. Work was excellent and the small details were well handled - from the first day I was there until I picked it up! They even washed my car before turning it over to me! I had responded to another email this evening; however I will reiterate that statement. We had requested at time of check in today that our tire pressure be checked. As it turned out, our left rear was apparently 4 lbs lower than the other three. We were able to remedy that situation once we arrived home by adding air to that tire. This is simply an FYI. All other service was performed as expected.

I appreciate the kind and efficient service that Bruce and the staff provided me when I came in with my problem. Being a single, older woman, I get really stressed when things go wrong with my vehicle. The Riley staff makes me feel confident that my problems will be taken care of quickly and resolved safely.
