I had a ten o’clock appointment for service. I was there about 15 minutes early. I waited for my car at the dealership. Trenton said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. An hour later I was driving out the driveway. Trenton was very polite and courteous he checked for any recalls, there were none, he went over the mechanics report with me when my car was finished. Very professional service. Overall good experience.

Had an appointment for work to be performed on truck. Took two days to get 2 hours of work done. All communication was initiated by myself checking on status of work. I called on the second day, left a message and did not receive a response. We stopped by later that afternoon to check on it as I had not received a response. My advisor went to check the status and found out the mechanic had went home for the day. If that had been communicated early on I would have understood. Communication is the key. Not hearing anything and finding out your vehicle had not made it into the shop at all is not good customer service. My advisor did not even know until mid afternoon that the mechanic was not even at work. Not real sure what the purpose of the advisor is when they don’t know what is going on with your vehicle. Very poor service at best.
