I appreciate the fact that the service advisor is always professional, polite, & honest. They don’t try and sell a bunch of stuff that is not needed but will tell me when something is needed. I am considering trading my wife’s 2019 Tahoe Premier 4x4 in for something new. And maybe trade my Silverado as well.

I made an appointment for 3 PM to get an oil change & tire rotation. Apparently services got over booked and over an hour later my car wasn't even into a bay or on a lift. Time constraints made me me decline the car wash & detail offered when making the appointment. Joshua apologized explained the problem and saved the day with an unexpected credit on my bill. I Will return!

I dropped my vehicle off for a routine oil change and tire rotation. While at the dealership one of the service employees hit my vehicle while it was inside the shop and caused scratches to the paint and body of the front bumper. I was completely satisfied and grateful for the service advisor that I had; they handled the issue perfectly and helped me to understand what happened. But I was disappointed that the scratches and paint problems were not fixed the same day. I love Rusty Drewing Chevrolet and will continue to take my vehicle here! I was just highly disappointed in the way that my vehicle was handled today. Thank you so much!
