Ron Inman provided the service that is within his job scope. But I’m not convinced the issue was investigated thoroughly. I’m concerned I’ll be stranded alone and with a dead battery

I was shuttled to my Dr appointment and pickup at time requested 1 hour later. When I got back I asked about my vehicle and they said it was done and just needed to process the final paperwork for payment. I was very pleased with how smoothly everything went.

When I got home I read the technicians report and it suggested that I needed an air filter and a cabin filter. I was not informed of this at try he time the service work was being done. Now I have to make another appointment and take time out of my day and drive 40 miles round trip to have two air filters replaced. The service at Riley is not what it use to be. I am disappointed with the overall experience.
