Wonderful service. The entire team came out to greet me and I drove in. VERY impressive. I was kept fully informed by Joey and Katie. They answered all of my questions. I TRUST Subaru to tell me which services I need and which can wait a little while. I will strongly recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Poor custumer service and communication. Drop car off at 8:45 am. Car was ready at 4:30 p.m. Was not offered a rental or any form of transportation to or from destination. Service was based on a recall of Audi, cars, which was very inconveinent.

I could not get an appt. over the phone,no representative called me back. I had to go online to get the appt. This is the third time I could not get an appt. by phone,with no one returning the call back.
