This was my first time in for service since owning my 2023 gladiator. Kyle my service advisor was very polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for future service.
Gary was awesome and kept in communication with me throughout the whole process. And Jeep has been running great thus far. And it was a quick process.
Kyle goes above and beyond. He is the BEST!
He is always conscious of the owners need. Goes out of his way extending customer service. Keep us informed on the status of the car Always concern of our needs and expectations. As I mentioned in prior responses, you need more service advisors be like Grayson.

I feel like your service department is understaffed and cannot keep up with the volume of cars that come through there. We’ve purchased about 12 vehicles from Airpark over the last 10 years. My entire family dreads having to take their vehicle into airpark Dodge to have service because it takes so long to get anything done. We actually laugh about how ridiculous it is to get work done here. I need to purchase a new work vehicle soon and for the first time I’m going to shop with a different dealership. I could write pages about this, but I think you get the point. Pay your service advisors and mechanics more.
