He is always conscious of the owners need. Goes out of his way extending customer service. Keep us informed on the status of the car Always concern of our needs and expectations. As I mentioned in prior responses, you need more service advisors be like Grayson.

Kyle is great and always helpful. I feel like your service department is understaffed and cannot keep up with the volume of cars that come through there. We’ve purchased about 12 vehicles from Airpark over the last 10 years. My entire family dreads having to take their vehicle into airpark Dodge to have service because it takes so long to get anything done. We actually laugh about how ridiculous it is to get work done here. I need to purchase a new work vehicle soon and for the first time I’m going to shop with a different dealership. I could write pages about this, but I think you get the point. Pay your service advisors and mechanics more.

John was thorough and easy to talk to. He gave me a definite timeframe of how long it would take. The waiting room and bathrooms were clean. Everything was done professionally.
