While the service department is amazing and I’m happy with Kyle and his team I will never do a deal at this dealership again. I was told when k bought the ADDITIONAL warranty on my car and I quote:: “ EVERYTHING is covered inside and out bumper to bumper” and so far NOTHING has been covered for the three things that have gone south in 8 months.

Originally my 2018 Dodge Charger Hellcat needed front passenger inside door panel (previously ordered) and the original battery replaced. Total time was estimated a one day. Dropped the car of Monday 3pm and received a text on Tuesday at 9am stating the vehicle was done.
