Michael is always so kind and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long at all to get my oil changed. I did have an issue with the price of service, but I let them know and they fixed it before I paid. Supposedly, there is a glitch in your system. My original charge was almost double what it should have been and when I questioned the significant increase from my last oil change, she looked at it and got it fixed. As a customer, this sort of thing makes me a little leary of completely trusting someone. How many times has this happened to others and they didn’t notice and paid it????? Hopefully this is something that can be remedied. Thank you for your time.

Jeffery stayed in communication entire time, and even saved me money when I didn't ask. Great employee. The other guy working with him should take pointers. Id imagine he makes timid customers uncomfortable. I walked in and he just stared at me, i felt like i was bothering him. Maybe he had a bad day but he needs to work on his customer service skills. This isn't the first time and my brother's said same thing. I will would Recommend Jeff to all your customers

Mike was absolutely amazing! He helped me make my appointment with ease. Greeted me like he has known me his whole life, and treated me like he genuinely cared for the maintenance of my vehicle. He communicated all aspects of my visit. He helped me navigate the best decisions to make, and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive. Mike has gained a lifetime customer! Mike makes vehicle maintenance at a dealership enjoyable, which is very hard to find. Looking forward to my next visit.
