Every time I have taken my vehicle in for service I’m told there is something addition that needs repaired. My brakes and lights all work and are within acceptable limits, so I don’t like getting up-sold.

Am I required to request a car wash or vacuum? I was under impression it was included as a priority customer. Or has it been removed as a service due to covid?
The gentleman who was my attendant gave me the papers for my car & keys. He said, Your car is ready. Do you know where we park them?
Also on the summary it States to mount & balance 2 tires. Which 2 tires??? & why do they need to mount & balanced? Is he saying I need to replace 2 tires. He gave no explanation. Very disappointed to receive this level of lack of service.
