Tire pressure was not adjusted. Numerous times the service I have experienced post Kevin Fox has declined. I will seek alternative car service. Kevin Fox is greatly missed

It was a good experience this time visiting your dealership. Although I made an Appt over the telephone. An Appt was not on the books for me. However Ben said it wouldn’t be a problem and said he would take my vehicle anyway. This is the second time I’ve visited your dealership. Ben was fine, but your dealership needs to correct it’s methods on its integrity with customers. When I made the Appt, I told the serviceman over the phone that on my previous visit, I was told I would have to pay fir a car inspection if I didn’t purchase my vehicle in Williamsburg. I left, I wasn’t going to do that! I was told that lady doesn’t work there anymore. Now on this visit, I was told my Appt. wasn’t on record, but my vehicle could be taken anyway! I don’t know what the issue is @ this dealership. But integrity needs to begin here!! Thank you.
10:30AM appointment for oil change and reattach bottom seat lining. Asked for repair of exterior window panel but Ben didn’t know if they could fix it or not. He stated that he would call me and let me know price or if they could fix it. Never heard from Ben all day. I called around 4:30PM to check on car and the person said it was ready. Apparently it had been ready for a while.
Ben should have called me when it was ready and it shouldn’t have taken all day to do an oil change.
A quick simple call could have kept me pleased.
I had an airbag sensor stop working under a seat that nobody ever sits on, $750 just to replace it. The dealership tried to help but couldn’t. I’ve bought 3 Nissans in the last couple of years but never again. I don’t care if the other car manufacturers do business this way but I’m going to find out.
