Was told I needed to change my spark plug, that oil was leaking in them. Got home and took them out and not a single drop of oil was on my spark plugs. Was supposed to have a manager call me today and of course that never happened! This is the third time I have had a terrible experience at this location.
Rosean was very helpful and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle.

Excellent service! Very quick and efficient and Rosean identified a problem I didn’t know I had with a small part of the suspension. He fixed it and it has made a big difference in the way the car drives. I am really happy to have this fixed - as well as the air bag light problem I came in with.

Usually they do the short inspection which wasn’t completed - maybe it’s related to COVID? I was just curious but it was never explained. My only other issue was that I waited for several hours and finally called only to find out it has been ready for a while. I just wish they would contact me when it’s ready, or at least tell me to call. This isn’t new - I’ve never actually been called.
