I mentioned when I got there for oil change I was told when I made appointment they would look at small scratch that was made when my car was towed in last week. He looked at and said it was small enough probably just paint touch up. I waited for service to be done. When I went to pay I asked if scratch was fixed. He said no I’d have to bring it back. I assumed it was going to be looked at and addressed while I was there. He said I just need paint pen. They’d have to order it. I asked to have manager call me Monday.
The only issue I had was that I went in for a reinspection and I was there like an hour in a half

Jack was very nice well spoken I am glad I had a great experience with him because I was nervous about bringing my car to another Nissan dealer the Nissan of Richmond trashed my last maxima that’s how I ended up with the one Jack helped service.
