To be honest, it was very bad communication thought out my whole experience! I was waiting on a tire for 3 days and I left my car at shop! The first day i was told tire would be there at noon, it’s 4 and I hear nothing so then I called and it was communicated to me! Next day same happened, no call! I had to catch down services! That’s unacceptable ! There should have been some kind of update given by a call to let me know what was going on with the car! It was a brief moment as well that Eric was slightly rude and I didn’t appreciate that

I can’t believe with a basic service that my tire pressure wasn’t corrected even though the paper work said it was. My back tires were down to 29 and 30 psi. How can I trust that the other services were done if something so simple was skipped. How disappointing for my first time at Classic.
