Friendly and quick service
Eric made a really bad morning go good. we had fluid from a vehicle in our driveway. I called Eric and he advised to gwt it right over to them via AAA. Eric called a short time later to advise us that this vehicle was in great shape. It was a different vehicle we own. His quick check made it so we could get one of our two cars back quick with minimal disruption to our day. He is a great service adviser and has mad us into repeat customers
Justini could not have been more pleasant, attentive, respectful and knowledgeable. She explained everything in easy to understand conversation. I was very appreciative of her help and guidance through the entire process. She explained all the findings and my options to take care of them. I was very impressed and thankful for her help. I also appreciate the dealership effort and how they have handled my vehicle needs.

Absolutely- I want you to know how lucky you are to have Eric- that is my car - but my daughter who goes to school at JMU drives the car - I mention that because the ride is a 3 hour drive and can be desolate in some areas- the car was apparently misfiring - Eric took a great amount of time to explain the issue to me-and fixed that car while telling me why he was doing what he was doing- because of Eric and a very sweet young lady who called me today ( I missed her name- but deserves to be recognized as well - now my Nissan has a permanent home- please pass this along- thank you very much
