YOURS Inspection Certificate (May 16, 2023) did not reflect the electrical malfunctioning on the collision warning flushing icons and nobody told me that my car has an issue before I left the Nissan Priority dealership 2 weeks ago. The flushing collision icons started to aware me immediately on the highway - the dealership service gate was closed due short schedule before weekend. On May 21 st, I could not start my vehicle and I asked for the battery’s check in the local Auto parts zone, the service technician opened the hood and he found the “foreign object” under the hood - the ripped piece of the dirty cloth wrapped around the cable as the net! Your supervisors did not check what your technicians left in the customer’s vehicle and put the drivers’ life under danger! I have a photo to proof “sloppiness and careless” of the Classic Nissans’ unsupervised technician. I expect today the professional diagnostic and repair of the entire Electrical Unit which is still under the warranty till September 2023. If this issue will appear again than do not expect from me to trade the current Nissan Kicks for the next Nissan “products and unreliable technicians service”. I will not tolerate this experience with your Nissan brunches which I had in the past with other cars and select the Toyota. - Cistomer Tatyana D
