I don’t know hundred percent know who Ben is if it’s the young man who helped me behind the desk he was the only good person I ran into representing this company today. Aside from that I would be embarrassed if I was sending this text message a second time after I left a very scathing review.

Our appointment is June 15th but Ben ordered a small part for us today and sold us coolant for our car. He even checked the coolant level on the car not being brought in and topped it of. He is always very helpful and friendly

I always have excellent service with Nissans service center but after my service on 6/3/2023 I noticed that my coolant level wasn’t at the recommended minimum level. There is a splash of coolant left in my tank. This just upset me because I always thought with the multi point inspection they do every-time my car gets serviced this would be something that they would notice and fix.
Wish you would have kept priority promise oil change inspection etc. for life!
Took my sons car in for a simple oil change. I was called and said the car was ready, when my son turned on the car smoke was coming out the exhaust. Let me note that this had never happened since he has owned the car. My wife simply told the advisor the same thing, he suggested this was normal. She said no it’s not normal . He said “ we will take the car back to make sure every thing was fine should only take 5 min”. Well after a good 30mins, the car back and the advisor said we did another oil change. Huh?! Wasn’t that what we came in for?. My son turned the car on and no smoke. So I’m not sure if the dealership used the wrong oil or even worse forgot to put oil back in the car once they drained the original oil. My son works hard for his money, he can’t afford another car if that engine was to lock up. We trusted you all with his car, needless to say we won’t be back. Wish someone was honest and told us the truth, we would have more respect for someone if they would have said sorry we screwed up and not to tell us this is normal. We are not idiots.
