Normally this location is truly exceptional in all aspects of service. This time it fell short. The staff was overworked and my car was not fixed properly. Something is going on with this service location so please fix it as it has always been fantastic in the past. Hopefully this experience was an anomoly.

I think again Nissan is a ripe off the charge someone 60 dollars to tell some o e it the gas cap and to recode the truck!!!! And why does Nissan send these out because you never here from anyone!
Shouldn't take 2 hours for an oil change
After my oil change was done, they took my car to wash it. When it was brought back to me, the paint was scratched to hell all over the car.
