I had to leave my car for two days ,didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t able to get a rental car.
Ben was great, no problem there. Only issue was I felt charges were excessive for the service, over $700 for coolant flush, new hoses, & spark plugs.
I was so appreciative of the car wash. They even swept my floor mats! ????that was so awesome! I have only had great experiences at this dealership! It is superior and I would recommend them. Loved my sales person Mary Abram too. I got to see her while I was there and she remembered so many things about my family etc. it’s so nice to have a good experience.
Ben was really great-- very helpful and involved. Don't think it should take two hours for a state inspection, though, especially since i specifically asked (not Ben) how long it would take.
Wendell offered excellent customer service! I was very nervous as Mr. Kevin has always been my service associate and I had high expectations. Wendell exceeded them!
