Service was fine. Complimentary car wash was a joke. Car looked dirtier after the wash than it was before. Huge sections missed and looked like only a spray off was done with no rag used.

My wife took her car in for an oil change on a schedule appointment she arrived early and yet had to wait an hour and half, but the car had been done no one had told my wife it was ready. She noted they seemed disorganized. Not my normal visit.

Accommodating; appointment time was logged on wrong day but Ben was able to squeeze me in for a kind big repair job. Shuttle arrangement was very convenient. Significant savings compared to original estimate.

I’m not sure if you have an employee recognition program but I must say that if you do Wendell Holmes should be recognized. I have been to many dealerships and I have never ever been treated the way that I was treated this Wednesday. His service, attitude and follow up were absolutely impeccable. Because of him, I will probably not go to any other Nissan dealership. Such a gentleman that answered ALL of my questions and even walked me to my car!!!
