Asked for tire rotation when I called and when car was dropped. Wasn’t done. Asked to check rear passenger tire. Notes said check rear driver tire. Know they checked all but just more confusion from what was requested to what was done. Rear tire still leaking air.

Garage seemed a bit disorganized and I overheard a few customer complaints about wait times, but my experience was great. Wendell did a great job checking in and giving updates.
Im always satisfy with Service Advisors. However it looks like there are some new mechanics trying to push a service that is not requiered. For example, the timing belt and water pump were replaced around 2 weeks ago. Now a mechanic is saying that I need a coolant flush, really?

My appointment was at 9:30. I didn’t leave until 12:40pm. When I looked at the paperwork it said the car was ready at 10:44. The agent said he could not find me. I was sitting outside on the bench and never seen anyone come out to search for me. It was cold so I wanted to sit in the sun, I did see another agent look outside for her customer. So I sat and waited I didn’t check in because I assumed they were still working on my car. I missed a few appointments from waiting but overall my car was nice and clean when I came out. Thank you.
The team was amazing, they were polite, respectful and enthusiastic. They noticed it was my first time there, so they introduced themselves. The team made me feel very welcomed!
