Mostly a lack of communication. Unprepared for my appointment where parts weren't ordered.
I want to thank you for your service. Your team was very professional and provided top notch customer service. Your technicians were able to diagnose and correct problems that I was unaware of. You should be very proud of your team and know that you have hired quality employees that care about more than a paycheck. This concern for people will bless your business more than you can realize. It’s always a pleasure to see them and “ work” with them as it regards my vehicle.
The only complaint I have is about the “courtesy wash” included in the service. The idea of a complimentary car wash is a great one but only if it is executed properly. There are still bugs on the front of my vehicle, bird droppings on my windows, and the wheels still have brake dust on them. If the next “courtesy wash” is of the same quality, I will undoubtedly opt out to save both Priority Nissan time as well as myself.
I just don't think that it should take an hour an 45 min for a oil change. I was asked if I wanted it washed and said "if it doesn't take too long.
Last time it took 2 hours approx. And I was told there was a new computer software roll out.

To preface, I am very pleased with my car's servicing. It drives very well now. However, I was disappointed with the regard for my time. I told everyone before the diagnostic exam that I needed my car the next few days and if that would be an issue, I would prefer to reschedule. I was assured that it would be fine, however, and proceeded with the diagnostic. I went in the next morning to check on things and said I could stay at the latest an hour and a half after I had previously said I needed my car, but when I came back at that time the person I needed to talk to was at lunch and I was waiting 45 minutes past then to speak to someone, at which point it still wasn't ready and I had to take out a rental. I was then promised the car would be ready by the end of next day, though as it turned out it needed to be in repair for a day past that. I would really have appreciated a more realistic timeline throughout the whole process to be able to make or change my plans, but instead I was kept hanging until the last minute. Finally, and this may seem small, but in the back of the service center was a board of guarantees they promise, one of which was that the car would be returned clean. My car was not cleaned at all. I don't expect this as part of the service, but that should not be on this board if it is not in fact a promise.
Very professional and held up a very high standard for the company. He got me checked in and out in a timely manner.
