Since I bought and picked up the vehicle only less than two weeks before it was already broken down, I would expect the right thing to do would be to cover it in full as something your service team missed when checking the vehicle initially. Only $75 toward the bill of over $300 was not enough, in my opinion.

This is the second time my request to fix the Tpm system on my dash has been ignored. I brought my car in to you guys for service, afterwards I couldn't see my tire pressure on my dash menu like I always have before, and I still can't, even after calling this morning to specifically ask to have it returned to the way it was prior to my previous visit. Otherwise you guys do great work!

I have been taking my car to Bethany at Priority Nissan in Williamsburg for a year now. My car has had some problems, but the service department has been there to make me feel like they genuinely care about my frustrations as a person and not “just another customer”.

Bethany is exceptional. 10 stars ?? ????????X2 It was the deep cleaning that was not as good as last time it was ok but not exceptional. Bethany helped to arrange for an immediate follow up for skylight. I appreciate that’d that very much.
