I'm ALWAYS satisfied with my service, however this time I also got a car wash which was absolutely horrible my windows had streaks running down them inside and out. What appeared to be scratched Mark's was dried up soap that my husband buffed out. I did call to complain and was told to come back at my convenience and they'll take a look. I was pissed and will never get my car cleaned there ever again. I have priority for life and expected my car to look like it was just purchase instead of something washed up! Not satisfied with this experience at ALL.

I have dealt with Mr. Ben numerous times. He has always been very professional and helpful. He went above and beyond with my appointment today. I had an issue with a part that needed some adjusting. He politely asked what the problem was and promptly took care of it, no charge. Your service department is beyond exceptional, keep it up and thanks again

Service was very satisfactory, pleasant and quick. my only suggestion was it took several phone calls and repeated transfers from the operator to reach someone to schedule appointment. Online scheduling didn’t work. Otherwise, very satisfied.
