Car ready on time with a car wash
I actually own a VW GTI that I purchased at priority Volkswagen but the priority Nissan is closer to my house and they treat me as if my car was a Nissan and with amazing service.
Not enough team members working the car wash area; I was unable to get my Murano washed.
Finally cap does not leak... his dedication to customer satisfaction is exemplary
Im upset with my services. I asked for my car to be washed it wasn’t. They didn’t reset my tire maintenance in my car. I was told previously and has been in the past that i will get free oil changes. When I went to checkout she was trying to charge me for it but ended up waving the free for this time only she said
I was very disappointed when I arrived to pick up my car I didn’t see it in the service area where I expected it to be and the gentleman told me the car was out front. So I went out of the service door there were several cars parked right in front of me and I walked by as each neither was my car. I walked around the front of the dealership and look at those cars my car was not there. So I return to the service area and I asked the gentleman where is my car? He walked out of the door with me pointed to the right and said your car is over there he turned went back into the service area and I proceeded to go in the direction that he pointed to find my car and yes it was there in the area where he pointed. However, for safety reasons I hope that in the future, that you Institute a policy to at least bring The car to the door so that the customer does not have to search for the car. I also asked that the service department document the condition of the radiator that was replaced. There was a reason for that request. I do understand that this was an unusual, But the gentleman said that he would do it. However that did not happen.
The service person was very nice and the young man who drove me home and back to the dealership was very nice and respectful.
In and out very fast and I was treated like family.

Your staff has been very welcoming and efficient every time I've been in for one thing or another. As much as I've been in, we should probably be on first name bases, but yes, they have always been accommodating.
