I saw the car pull out of the garage bay and we sat in the waiting area for another 20 minutes. Finally I went to the service desk and ask about my vehicle and the response was” it has been ready, I don’t know why nobody came and told you the vehicle was done.”

I had requested a complimentary car wash as something had been spilled down the side of my car & it wasn’t washed at all. Still dirty, dusty & appeared hadn’t even been rinsed off. No point in requesting a wash.

Customer service wasn't what it normally is. The rep never introduced herself until she came to get me, which my car had been out the bay for over 25 min. Everyone has bad days but it shouldn't carryover to the next person.

I asked them to clean my inside windows and clean the inside and it wasn't done .This is my second time that it was not done .
I asked to have my tire pressure checked and it wasn't done. My front tire was low at 28lbs and it's still 28lbs
