This was my second visit for service. Both service appointments have been outstanding experiences. Bethany’s customer care and attention to details was superb! And I loved the thank you note on my dash when I got into my car after all service was complete. A very special touch and the first such note I have ever received from a technician. You have a great service team, comfortable lounge area and excellent communication from start to completion of the appointment. Congratulations! I am very attuned to details and seldom come home to comment to my husband. Both times I have said what a pleasant experience it was being at your service department. I came in for a simple priority oil change and state inspection and was told I have several lights out and needed a tire busching in order to pass. My representative was very nice and answered my questions. My dissatisfaction comes when a driver flashes me to tell me I have a head light out. My car never pulled to the left and now it does. To make matters worse I have a squeaking sound that was not there before.

I was out of town when my oil change indicator come on the display. Made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced at Priority in Williamsburg VA. Everyone was very polite and pprofessional. Service time was quick plus they checked for any recall items. I would recommend this dealership to other Nissan owners. Gary
