The girl in the front told me my car might not pass inspection due to a chip in the windshield that spidered our less than or possibly equal to one inch. I cancelled the inspection and just got the oil change instead. Now I have to sacrifice another Saturday.

Great service! Timely, professional, and honest

I was surprised you charge for tire rotation. The two other dealers where we bought cars (Honda and Buick) provide it. In addition, when we bought tires at Discount Tire for our Dodge they came with lifetime free tire rotation. Staff were appropriate in letting me know up front and the charge is small, I just assumed it was part of the service package. I “bought” the tires from Nissan-with the new car. (Kind of like the luggage rack that was in the back seat (not put on yet) that was taken out of the car on the day I purchased the car-I didn’t care because I wouldn’t use it anyway. I do wonder now how much I paid for it and what future surprises I’ll have..). Already one recall and a back hatch door that leaks water in the “insides” down the sides. In spite of the above, I do love my Rogue and appreciate the local Nissan dealership-I am just surprised.
