I dropped my car off for an 8 am apt and called at 2 pm to find out the status. They told me it had just been pulled back. This seems like an extremely long wait when you have an apt. When I’ve taken my car to the Newport News priority they vacuum the floor mats in the front. The guy who was doing check in this morning was by himself and did a great job.
Oil change took one and a half hours . Oil change was due at 74,000 got a reminder sticker that said 75,0000 miles. Technician was confused when changing my oil needed help several times from supervisor
