One of your techs in the service department is probably under scrutiny for vehicle inspection violations, so your service rep allowed a tech to fail my vehicle’s inspection for no reason. I’m writing your general and corporate manager, providing pictures with updated excerpts from the Virginia State Police vehicle inspection manual. Very sad, because I was happy with the service up until now. I’ve had my car inspected here for the last 3 years, my car failed inspection two years ago for an exhaust leak, and last year the tech found a torn cv axle boot. I was actually very happy that your techs found these faults, and praised them for it!!!! Now for some reason they are causing issues for no reason, and even after reading and talking about the regulations with your service rep, he kept saying “I will not pass this car” even though he isn’t a certified inspector. Even worse, the car failed for “bubbling” in the rear window tint, and “covering” the third brake light lens; the Va manual specifically talks about bubble or wrinkles that impair vision, which my car does not, and there is no lens on the third brake light! These “supposed problems” were present 3 years ago when I got my first inspection here, my car has not changed, and now out of the blue it’s an issue. I asked another Inspectors walking by about it, and he said “I don’t see an issue”... I asked the service rep to let another tech look at it and he declined. I took the car to another inspection station, they passed it on the spot, and said your tech doesn't know what he’s talking about. Your dealership wasted my time, your rep was completely ignorant, and had the audacity to argue with me about it. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN, AND I WILL ENSURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS, FAMILY, OR COLLEGES DO BUSINESS WITH YOU EITHER.

The oil change for my car went quickly
and the wait time was comfortable as usual.
I was disappointed that the usual washing and
vacuuming wasn’t done and when I asked why, was
told that due to rainy weather, it couldn’t be done.
Frustrating since it wasn’t raining. I think at least the vacuuming
could have been completed. This is one of the
reasons I have my oil changes done here.
Next time I’ll be sure to have my car serviced
on a sunny day...
