Ben was fantastic it is Nissan Corporations that I have the issue with! My truck has not been fixed, they can’t do anything else they said, per the Nissan rep from Nissan! And they stated a truck with under 50,000 miles is not a buy back situation! I will not be recommending Nissan until this situation is addressed!

Everyone that I had contact with was professional and courteous however 2 and a half hours for a oil change and a tire rotation seemed excessive. I wasn’t notified that my car was finished I went to go check on it and discovered it was done. I received a text notification that it was done when I was at the gas station down the road. I have no issues with the quality of work seems like it was possibly a miscommunication. Maybe a new system is needed.
