Ben received my at drive took my truck to the rear to have the mechanic inspect it. . He later returns to inform me that the transmission had damage and needed to be repaired or replace. He would keep me informed.

My tires don't have enough air. 3 tires have 29 and one has 28. This car has never had a light on my dash until the service person rotate my tires. I'm very disappointed concerning I had to ride all the way back to Chesterfield County with this problem.

My car was good before l recieved my oil change. Tdy l drove it and put the heat on and my car was driving ruff and there was a smell coming from my hood. Little smoke. Also the yellow light that look like engine light came on in the car and is still visible. I am upset because l did not have that ever after an oil change. My car sounded like a go cart as l was driving. I always get A+ Service from you guys. What happened? Who worked on my car.? I need name. Oil change should not have my engine light coming on and my car smoking. I need to know what type of oil was used and what was done?Something was wrongly done? Im not happy with service this time. The staff is awesome l adore them. The mechanic that worked on my car l feel messed up my car. I would like nissan to get back to me. Thank you
