First and foremost, I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism from Ben and the staff.. I really wanted this location to be my main "go to" for repairs and services. I wanted to have full faith and trust in Ben across the board. However, my faith and trust in him was lost after he overpriced for the parts/labor. He overpriced it to the point that my Extended Warranty could not cover the cost in full eventhough the parts/repair is something that is covered in my Warranty policy. I was told by the Enterprise head manager that my Extended warranty through them did not cover the parts and labor in full was because Ben overpriced the parts and labor too high and that the price exceeds THE MANUFACTURER RETAIL PRICE for the part and for the time it actually takes to complete the work (The work took about 45mins to an hr MAX). Finding that out was disappointing and it made me question and worry if I would face that problem every single time I decide to bring my vehicle for a repair. Unfortuately, now I have deal with the inconvenience of finding another dealership who I can trust will be fair on pricing while providing quality services.
