Kaeley was very helpful. I was there for an inspection and I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the “oil change” notification. She turned it off and showed me what to do in case it happened again.

Went in for just a simple oil change and drove 20 mins after and i heard knocking noise..called to see why I was hearing this noise and was told I had to drive another 30 minutes backvto see what the issue was when I could have gone to there closer faculty in Newport News which was not suggested. ..havd a future appointment to resolve issue .that is 2cdays from now.

I had an appt at 8 am and when I call at 2 to pick it up they haven’t even done it yet. So they rushed to get it done because I cannot come at 5 to pick up. I hope they did a thorough job I did ask to make sure belt looked good but they didn’t have time.
Yes and thanks so much for vacuuming out and cleaning off my car!! The birds at my house really did a number on it.
I received an oil change and state inspection after that I was recommended to rotate tires and replace engine filter. While rotating tires one tire had 2 lugs broken off long story short they replaced them and charged me. I feel I shouldn't have to pay for the new lugs they broke but the lady did give a small discount.
