Kaeley has some of the best customer service skills I’ve seen in a long time. She was friendly, prompt, informative. She has excellent communication skills. She greeted me promptly upon arriving and reviewed the services I requested.
Anthony Romano provided me with the absolute BEST service department experience I’ve ever had in more than 15 years of vehicle ownership. Additionally, a young man named Cole (I think) volunteered to go out into the pouring rain and bring my truck inside for me. Hands down, best service department experience I’ve ever had.
