Only feedback I have to offer is the disappointment associated with trying to use the website to schedule the appointment. If the staff reports a known problem with the site it should be discontinued or repaired. I called after a failed attempt and was able to schedule a same day appointment. A little frustrating.

Priority Nissan is absolutely amazing!! I took my vehicle in today and it was supposed to be Done tomorrow but I received a call that it was ready, The service there is A-1 I would recommend priority Nissan to anyone

The only choices I had was yes or no to answer the question. My answer would have been maybe. Last oil change, it was recommended to change my power steering fluid. So I paid for it. Today, it was recommended to change my power steering fluid and brake fluid as well. I told the rep that I had the power steering fluid changed last time. She went to verify that the fluid was dirty. She came back and said it was and maybe the pump was going bad. Maybe? I didn't feel comfortable having yall changing out my brake fluid until my next oil change to see if the power steering fluid was dirty again. Definitely a red flag.

I take my VW tiguan for every oil change since new. Some times the technician fail to turn off the oil change message. The services advisor told me that they can't get the message off because they don't have the VW scan tool to turn it off. Well 5 minutes in youtube show me how to turn it off. This last time I notice that the belly pan plastic cover is missing 2 out of the three seat taping screw. I'm a Automotive technician for over 20 year and I understand how flat rate works so is a share blame between the dealer paid system and the technician trying to put as may hour in the book as possible, especially if the oil change is free. But please small attention to details goes a long way!!

Priority Nissan of Williamsburg, I’m very pleased with the service I received on my recent visit (10/15-10/16) to your location. The customer service was outstanding in response to a situation (tire puncture) with our vehicle that needed immediate attention. The staff were friendly, understanding, and worked with my schedule as a nursing home administrator during this difficult time. Additionally, they were able to consolidate and address other maintenance needs that were due to be scheduled. Bethany, Jack, and Rosean were professional and spot on with customer service. All communication and pick-up times indicated were accurate and timely. Lastly, my wife and I appreciate the quality of service that Joe provides to our vehicle as a skilled technician.
