Still doing the same thing I brought it in to be repaired. Over $3,000.00 paid and it still is not repaired.

Kaeley was very helpful and excellent to work with. After telling her our problem she took the time to move the car in for me. As my husband and I were leaving, she came out and told me my inspection was due. This I had not noticed. She added that to the other requests I had made and saved me a return trip. She told me the car would be ready this morning and it was. Excellent customer service all the way round.

The service team member was exceptional and very polite so PLEASE don’t take this as dissatisfaction about him. My car did not seem disinfected in ANY manner, the small amount of dust, fingerprints, dirty mats all made me uncomfortable as to whether anyone exercised and precautions in sterilizing and spraying the interior of my car, something I was promised as I rake care of an elderly parent. I was also told the car would be cleaned and vacuumed both inside and out. I just have not idea whether anyone sanitized anything inside the vehicle. The service member himself went out of his way to be polite and thorough but I think there should be strict guidelines for anyone entering someone’s car. I’m uncertain that happened and sprayed and cleaned the interior in order to disinfect it. I wish I had not felt the need to do so. This virus is extremely dangerous and being overly cautious is paramount.
