My whole experience with the service department was great from beginning to end. Scheduling an appointment over the phone was very easy and the girls (Kristal and someone else who’s name I didn’t catch) who helped me book it were very informative. I was helped as soon as I arrived at the dealership and Pedro was awesome! He answered all my questions, was very attentive, had great customer service, and made sure my car was well taken care of. Will definitely be coming back to get my car serviced here.

I visit service… due to my vehicle showing me transmission sensor and blind spot sensor and I don’t have 1 year with the vehicle and vehicle has low miles so In other words in order for me to take the vehicle out of services I need to pay either $170.00 or 704.40 due to wrong sensor that did now show up in the dash borde I feel I got ripped off I got fool because I inspected the car and we agreed with Jackie the car was dry no leaks everything fine then when Mecanice saw the vehicle there has a spilled ……but i guess i have to pay for the service in order for me to get the car back!!!!!! I had no other choice…. I need the car so thanks for the service anyways …. But out of yordi Jackie and Deen or Deem not to sure his name I’m only more grateful with Deen/Deem services thanks 5 stars for all the info he gaved me that i wasn’t aware of ????…… thanks for all the services anyways Honda of Dtla….
