Overall customer service was very well and explained some questions I had regarding my service needed for my car. No complaints at all
Luis customer service was below satisfactory. Did not follow up. I had to constantly call about my car. Did not give me a time to pick up my vehicle because he could not “guarantee” it would be ready. Did not return my calls and when i was there to pick up my vehicle i had to wait 20+ minutes for it. Just terrible.
Luis Fernandez made this experience a lot better he took care of me with all my needs I’ll definitely come back with him.

Henry provided an outstanding customer experience. I was very pleased with his helpful attention.
Diagnosed power steering leak as engine oil leaks. There probably are a few oil leaks but the power steering will run dry in 2 weeks. Also need more information to verify bad VSA module.
