Worst customer service and worst experience buying from Honda DTLA. I brought my car in to be serviced on top of waiting a whole month after purchase. To get things fixed on the vehicle that was already there when I bought it. No manager reached out to me. I have to return another day because nothing was done the first time. I regret even getting the car from there. Thus situation has triggered my health , I'm fighting breast cancer and have to deal with this **** **** car dealership
