The service guys left oil in my interior. There is black marks on the left door interior. There was no paper floor mat used. I’m very upset. This isn’t the 1st time my car have been left in this condition. I never reported the 1st time I just try to clean it myself. But I had enough of this. Rachel was awesome, but service guys in my car weren’t!

I took my car to Community Honda because of a recall on something dealing with the fuel tank a couple of weeks ago. Every since the recall was supposedly changed I’d had problems starting my car. So I reached back out to the service department and spoke to a young lady by the name of Charity whom which was very nice and courteous. I explained the problem I was having with my car since to recall was again supposedly fix are changed; she then told me to bring it in at my convenience. I took my care back to Community Honda in Lafayette La. which I was told they would have a look at it to see what the problem could be as to why it wasn’t starting right up as It should. After a few minutes of waiting the young lady Charity came to inform me that she was told by the service person that the rubber seal or gasket wasn’t placed properly. So now as of yesterday 12/17/21 Charity said to me it was corrected. Now the issue I’m having is smelling gasoline still as if today not sure what’s going on but I’m getting dizzy and having headaches every time I drive my car. The first time they supposedly changed the recall I didn’t have this issue I didn’t smell any gas. So I call Charity again yesterday evening and explained what was going on; and she said give it sometime the smell would go away. Just to let you all Know Monday I will be taken my car back to get checked. Thanks Amanda C
