Service personnel were knowledgeable and courteous and service was rendered in a timely manner.
Dropped vehicle off at 0830 for alignment. Received call at 1530 to pick up vehicle. Alignment was not completed due to my car being to "Low" the car is completely stock. (2021 Type R). I find it extremely hard to believe that a new Honda Civic couldn't go on an alignment rack... I've owned numerous exotic vehicles and cannot get a civic aligned? It's ok. Audi Lafayette's skilled technicians were able to complete an alignment.
