Charity Phillips was very helpful, friendly, and was very quick to to respond when I was experiencing a problem after my car was serviced. She sent mechanic who was able to quickly come out and attend to the issue.
Matthew was great. He went above and beyond to provide what I needed. Because of his excellent service my cracked windshield will be fixed and I will be able to have my car inspected. Thank you Matthew for making it easy for me. You are appreciated!

My service writer was great. However, my car was returned to me in an unacceptable condition. The outside of the car was covered in dirty, greasy smudges and marks around the areas of access to the interior and engine area. The interior had an odd odor and my entertainment system had been altered. Again, Charity Phillips is wonderful, but the condition of the car upon return to me was unacceptable.
