I waited 15 minutes in the drive up before I was checked in , that has never happened before! I’ll reserve judgement, hopefully it will never happen again. Once checked in they took care of me ASAP

The detail job was to rushed. Spots and streaks everywhere. Also as soon as I got home the tire pressure light came on so we had to drive almost 20 mins back to have it checked.

Well…….We had to bring my car back in because when servicing it about a week or so ago, the windshield wiper fluid cap was missing and my car was smoking burnt oil because in changing the oil some of it fell on the manifold and other places in the car . As I was driving, the car would put out a dark smoke coming from the back of the car! It was disturbing to say the least. That never happened in the past and my car is a 2010 Honda Pilot. We have always had the car serviced for oil change at your dealership. Do you have new technicians working there?
