Matthew Bryan was excellent. However, the mechanic who serviced my Honda was less than thorough, failing to fill the windshield wiper fluid during a full service oil change. This would be a small thing except that he marked it done on receipt. This caused a question as to whether any fluids were actually checked and not just checked off by rote.
